I’ve decided I’m getting slightly soft looking around the edges again.
I’m beginning my new food plan and workout plan AGAIN <—
I’ve had more restarts by now than an Olympic sprinter on speed
with tourette’s syndrome.
I know, (doesn’t happen)<———–
I get to a point where I feel good about myself then I stop training and eating clean.
Then I put the weight back on again.
Feel shit AGAIN
Eat shit because I feel shit AGAIN
So…
I begin to workout and eat clean AGAIN
See the pattern?
It’s a pattern that has to be broken in order for me to get a different result.
The Reason for it not been broken is that I honestly
didn’t give a shit about looking ripped or buff ever.
It was just a byproduct of working out the way I did.
But….
Since I have gotten busier with work my training has seriously slacked.
Now I’m carrying some extra insulation that I don’t need.
I’m heading away in August for a few days so I want to have visible abs
so that I feel good in my swim shorts by the pool.
That’s my….—-> (Why)<—-
I have not had visible abs since almost 10 years ago I might add.
I have a tupac at best.
When I suck it in….
The big decision I have to make is to adhere to below list of basic fundamentals for the next 3 weeks or NOT.
1. Minimum complex carbs
2.(Strictly)No booze
3.Workout almost nearly every day without fail
4. Fasting for 24 hours one day a week
5.No Sugar at all ever
6. Sleep well….(minimum 6 solid hours)
7. Record my nutrition
Tough list right?
Off putting isn’t it?

Again I want visible abs.
So this is the price I have to pay for what I want.
