So I watched a talk yesterday with an interesting person.
He spoke about addiction to drugs.
His point was that addiction is not entirely chemical but it’s environmental.
The experiment that first “proved” addiction was chemical was like this.
-A rat was put into an empty cage.
-Two water supplies were installed in the cage.
-One was drugged.
-One pure water<——– (If such a thing exists anymore)
-The rat drank itself to death using the drugged water.
Conclusion….?
It means the rat became addicted to the drugged water
and eventually overdosed.
Or does it?
See a doctor called Bruce Alexander wanted to see if this study was true.
He reckoned that the reason the rat drank itself to death was because of it’s
lonely, enclosed, unstimulating environment.
So he thought if he developed a “rat heaven”
he might see a different behaviour pattern in the rats.
He made the rat heaven anyway.
It was full of other rats to get it on with.
Toys for them to play with.
Ya now…—-> rat bondage—–> 50 shades kind of toys.
“The safe word is squeak”
Also in the cage was fresh water and drugged water.
Now of course all the rats tried the drugged water.
as they didn’t know which was which at first?
What happened next was cool though.
The rats that got some rat booty, which had good active lives
and things to do didn’t like the drugged water.
In fact they consumed less than a quarter of the drugged water than the isolated rats did.
While all the rats who were in an unhappy environment became heavy users.
Conclusion…..?
Environmental changes impact humans greatly not just rats.
It was said the “type of cage” is what effects the rats not
the water supply.
To further back this up….
Read this below<———————————===================================================
During the Vietnam War.
A large number of American soldiers came home after becoming
heavy users of drugs while at war.
Around 20% of U.S soldiers became addicts while at war.
The soldiers were studied once they returned home.
Their day to day actions were studied and noted by professionals.
Guess what?
95% of the addicts just simply stopped once they returned home…
None of them continued to use drugs.
They were not addicted.
There was no chemical hook effect.
Conclusion….?
Our environment will always have a strong bearing on our health.
Abuse of sugar, alcohol, drugs or sex is a coping mechanism for people.
Change your environment to change your behaviour.
HERE is an environment that is safe, supportive and fun.
So that you get to reach your goals in healthy realistic way.
So that you can start feeling like you again.
Even If you have tried and failed before I can help you achieve greatly
when it comes to your health.
I must warn you though.
Once you step into my cage…
You will see how addictive feeling good gets.
Said Mr Grey….
You might never leave….. when you come on board
Our environment will always have a strong bearing
on our physical and mental health.
So….
Don’t have worry about going to
big scary gyms alone, where men go to slap each other on the ass
and make grunting sounds while they blow kisses at themselves in the mirror.
The new environment you have been looking for is HERE

P.S.
Great win for Conor Mcgregor last night right?
I stayed up to watch it and feel asleep 15 minutes or so before it began.
Did I mention I’m a pro kickboxing coach?
Yup I’m a 5th degree black belt and a trained bodyguard.
My ladies regularly engage in kicking and punching drills
similar to the notorious’ high spinning kicks.
They also learn how to drop people with kicks to the head
as well as dropping serious poundage.
Sound like fun?
