If you can’t commit to exercising with us in our studio regularly because of time restraints or distance from us but you would still like to benefit from our unique services
No problem, we provide on-line coaching, accountability and support on request from our current and new clients.
- A Weekly Accountability call with myself once per week.
We don’t believe in annoying people but you paid us… now let us hold up our end of the deal, a 15 minutes phone call once per week from us will keep you on your toes so that you never run out of ideas for dinners or training when you are away from the gym.
