So the latest craze is Crossfit
Or as I call it Lost fit.
Why do I call it that?
Almost everyone I know who does crossfit gets a serious injury from doing it.
They have lost the use of a knee or their back from stupid trainers making them lift too heavy
too soon.
Personal trainers everywhere are jumping on it like a hooker on a dildo
That’s fine, they feel like they have to keep up with the trends.

Posting videos of your personal best squat has fuck all to do with helping people.
They think it’s a great marketing toll for the ole Flakebook.
But guess what?
Nobody fucking cares mate.
You can’t lodge likes in your bank account.
Go home and squat in front of the mirror naked.
Personal trainers scare people off with this macho bullshit.
They think It is “inspiring” to people.
News flash.
It’s intimidating!
I know because I used to be this personal trainer.
These people cannot help you because when you’re talking to them..
all they can hear in their head is when is my next meal.
They think that attempting to squat 100kg is suitable for all.
It’s not superman, get over it.
