Step 1 — Initial Strategy Meeting and Goal Setting
How Much Weight Loss and What’s the “Realistic” Time Frame?
We meet up for a one to one chat and determine the most appropriate and realistic goals for you, for your weight loss, and we will plan a practical frame for you. Remember this is all about you and making sure we set you up with achievable goals that we will then work together to achieve.
Step 2 – Physical Assessment and Measurements
We establish your current Body Fat, Initial Weight and we take photos of your starting point.
Using the latest in Body Fat Measurement Systems we workout exactly much body fat you are carrying and how much you can lose safely each week to achieve your goal. Taking a Photo of you at the start is crucial to success; without knowing the start point of your journey success becomes harder to achieve.
We will also look at your physical being, identifying your strengths, weaknesses and any muscle imbalances.
Correcting these areas will not only allow you to lose weight effectively but also make you stronger overall.
Step 3 – Re-Establishing Correct Hormonal Balance through Nutrition
Reversing Metabolic Damage caused by previous dieting
Long term Metabolic Damage caused by attempted diets and yo-yo weight loss creates havoc on our hormonal system. Reversing this damage is a major step in repairing and rejuvenated the body. We will encourage health first so that weight loss happens without further damage to the body.

Step 5 — Instigating Habit and Lifestyle Changes
The habits we choose and the lifestyle we desire are sometimes not in tune with each other. Making habit changes one at a time over a longer period will produce a far better outcome than attempting to change everything at once.
It can take between 14 and 21 days to make a habit change permanent.
Step 6 — Ongoing Monthly Re-Evaluation and Assessment
